A greek village salad, or horiatiki salata, is a traditional salad that doesn’t have any lettuce in it. It is made with fresh tomatoes, cucumber, green peppers, kalamata olives, red onion, feta, and sometimes a few pepperoncini peppers thrown in for fun.
