- To make Lahanosalata: Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Cut the thin strips in half so they are easier to eat. Add the grated carrots, onion, pomegranate seeds, and toasted walnuts.
- Whisk the salad dressing ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the salad and mix. Serve with any meat or fish dish, and fresh bread. This salad can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
