Method
- To make Portokalia me Meli: Remove orange rinds, and slice in any way you like. I usually cut mine down the middle, cross-wise. Feel free to use clementines or tangerines if you prefer. Arrange on a plate.
- Drizzle honey over the oranges (not too much as the oranges are already sweet).
- Sprinkle with cinnamon. Some people like to add a little bit of chopped mint as well, but I prefer them without.
- You can serve portokalia me meli in various ways: - as a healthy snack - with greek yogurt for breakfast - as a beautiful addition to a green salad for lunch - for dessert after a heavy meal
